If you have not heard from us with a response and are concerned we may not have received the message, please call us at the office at (208) 345-2325 during regular business hours. Email communication should never be used in the case of an emergency or for urgent requests for information.
We collect co-payments the day of service. It is our office policy that we receive a notice of cancellation 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
